No. The prices listed are exactly what you pay. The only potential addition is the pick-up/drop-off charge for daycare, which we will always discuss and agree with you in advance.
We accept bank transfer and cash payments. Payment is typically due at the end of each week. We are also happy to set up monthly billing for regular clients.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge. We understand emergencies happen and always try to be as flexible as possible.
For daycare and check-in services, there is a small additional charge for each extra pet in the same household. Please contact us for a personalised quote for multiple pets.
