Yes! All members of the Hales Tails team are fully DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and we carry comprehensive pet care liability insurance. You're in safe hands!

We are based in Bexleyheath and primarily serve the local area and surrounding parts of Kent. Please contact us with your postcode and we'll let you know if we cover your area.

We will contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your pet to your registered vet. All our team members are Pet First Aid trained. We ask all clients to provide emergency contact details and their vet's information when booking.

Absolutely! We care for cats, rabbits, hamsters, fish, reptiles, guinea pigs and many other small animals. Our experience spans a huge variety of species so please don't hesitate to ask about your specific pet.

We accept bank transfer and cash. For regular clients, we can arrange weekly or monthly billing. Payment details will be discussed at the introductory meeting.
